If you would like to discuss something with your child's class teacher – please make an appointment through the office for a time after 11:00 – not during class time. We ask that you please keep times at school - If your child is here after 14:00 she/he pays full day fees!!

Please try to drop your toddler off to his/her class in time before the respective day programs start (between 7:15 and 8:30).

If you want to enrol your child in afternoon care you just have to give notice at the office. » SPACE IS LIMITED Please remember to send along a marked blanket and pillow for when your child takes a nap. Aftenoon Care facilitators are available for After Care. Toddlers get lunch at 13H40 and at 15H30 biscuits or a fruit and soda.

Holiday care is available during the June and December holidays, should there be enough interest.

Heidi Kleuterskool follows the same school calendar as Delmas Primary School as well as Delmas High School which has been approved by the Department of Education. So our school is closed during school holidays.

Heidi T-shirts and Backpacks are available in the office at the school. There are sets (of 5) shirts for sale at the school. (Not Mandatory) NB: If we go on outings or do athletics then we wear our Heidi shirts.

Learners must be able to play! New clothes are not recommended. Comfortable clothing is recommended. Heidi t-shirts available in the office (not mandatory). Lost clothes are placed in the wooden chest in the Heidi lobby, should you be missing any clothing please feel free to come and look. Quarterly, unclaimed clothes are donated to Tutela.

All Clothes must be marked

Learners bring an ordinary box bag or backpack (large enough for pictures) along with a full extra set of marked clothes and underwear. A4 plastic envelope, marked with your child's name, if there are letters of consent to be sent home and to school. A marked lunchbox for 10:00 and water bottle.

QUARTERLY NECESSITIES In the past we have requested that parents supply the school necessities, but to make this easier for you, the Management Board decided that we will charge R50 per quarter on your account and then the school will make the purchases we need for the term.

School fees must be paid before the 7th of each month. There is a long waiting list of parents who would like to enroll their children at Heidi Kleuterskool, if your school fees are not been paid on time your child will be placed on the waiting list and his/her place will unfortunately be given to someone else. Please avoid this trauma!!

Throughout the year we celebrate "special days" at Heidi, an amount of R300 will be added to your the account which will be used for milk tart day, doughnut day, farm walk-ins, braai day and many more.

SCHOOL FEES CAN BE PAID AS FOLLOWS: Cash payments may only be made at the office at Heidi Kleuterskool, 3 Strydom Street, Delmas EFT payments or Debit Orders. 11 monthly payments are payable Total amount for the year on or before 31 January 2024 with a 10 % discount.

Written cancellation 1 Calendar month written notice must be given if the learner leaves school please send notice of written cancellation to heidikleuter@vodamail.co.za Therefore, make sure your school fee account is sorted out before the learner leaves school.
